Hey Melinda- don’t know if you have seen them, but Lee Valley has some really great star shaped molds for frozen centrepieces- they are shaped like stars, and are hollowed in the middle so you can insert a candle.  We do them at Christmas with holly leaves and berries, with pine boughs
